Idol hopeful booted off Harbour Bridge
In a dramatic day for reality TV, Australian Idol hopeful Matt Corby has been frogmarched off the Sydney Harbour Bridge by security officers during a photo shoot, while Kyle Sandilands announced plans to bring back the 'adults only' version of Big Brother.
Corby and a camera crew were filming and taking photos on the pedestrian walkway on the western side of the bridge at around 9am when approached by guards.
An Idol representative told Macquarie National News the group had a legitimate permit, but it is believed security did not accept their explanation and escorted them off the iconic structure.
