AMERICAN Idol winner turned pop flop Kelly Clarkson is trying to relaunch her career - thanks to Garbage star Shirley Manson.
She has teamed up with Ryan Tedder, 29, who co-wrote Bleeding Love for Leona Lewis. He plans a "big chorus and heavy drum" sound for Kel, based on his love of Edinburgh girl Shirl's sound.
