Australian Idol finalists to be male divas?
COULD this year's Australian Idol finalists become a male version of the Young Divas?
Teale Jakubenko, eliminated this week, said he and the remaining guys - Wes Carr, Luke Dickens and Mark Spano - have discussed making music together when the show is over.
"We're just like bros, hanging out and we do a gig every weekend,'' Jakubenko said.
"Whoever wins, we'll praise them. It's all good and we'll all hang out after the show and then maybe get together and make some music together.''
Former female Idols Paulini Curuenavuli, Emily Williams, Kate DeAraugo and Ricki-Lee Coulter formed the Young Divas when they left the show and enjoyed moderate success.
When Coulter left another former Idol, Jessica Mauboy, joined, but has since left also.
Only Williams and DeAraugo remain now in the band.
