Deutschland sucht den Superstar 6, the German version of Idol will start the end of January Next year.
Im not sure if this is the total number of auditionees or the day 1 total number of auditioness but the article said that there were 31098 Auditinees, so far the highest turnout since season 1. It also says that they had auditions in these cities Berlin, Mannheim, Essen, Nuremberg, Munich and Hamburg. And just like Indian Idol and Indonesian Idol they also had an Idol Van for those who cant make it to those audition cites. The Idol Van went to these cities Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Erfurt, Münster and Oldenburg.
As for the jury, We will still see Dieter Bohlen and Nina Eichinger. But there will be a new judge. Volker Neumüller, an MTV moderator replacing last years judge Max von Thun.
As for the Recall, there will be 4 rounds, like last year. 1st Round is the top 120 then top 50. Then top 36. Then last of the Recall will be the Top 15.
After that The judges and Germany will be the judge who will continue to the Final 10, which will start the so called mottoshows until they crown 2009's New German Idol.
