Judges Comments:
Jake: Love that you chose the Red Hot Chili Peppers Version. Coz its a contemporary version. Kelly's advise to you is so correct. And you look so fierce as fierce as I ever since you look in performing that song. Really Really Fine Job.
Farley: Yea Matt, when you mean business. business will get done. I'm so happy. Kelly Thanks The recommendations that she made you took to heart obviously. and we've been telling you If you step off with all you have. I don't know man, It makes really rough to everybody else
Sass: Yes see Matt That Right there That was the case It doesn't matter if you're perfectly in tune It doesn't mat.. That things don't matter exactly what Kelly's saying What matters is that you got heart and soul and it shine thru intense
Zack: I mean I dont take any singular credit for but Ive been trying desperately to break thru that hole thing about smiling with no reason. The fact is when you step up and represent the song people can love somebody for their intensity and their drive and Jake used the word Fierce and Kicked the thing and thats what is all about Thats what you belong. So do that thing


my Comment/s: it was okay. there are a lot of cracks in it but I must say not bad at all. He did good not great though just good. my rating: 6.8/10

Judges Comments:

Farley: Dwight, absolutely with question, my favorite performance that you've ever done you just layed your bed and enjoy lying in it man. really good.

Sass: I think I think maybe theres some roses in that bed you know what im sayin Dwight? That was far and in a away the best thing you've ever done in this show. you were in tune .

Zack: I dont disagree in some ways that that was the best performance and this is one of the hardest part of this show is to not criticize necessarily the performance but the performer. I think that was about as good as you can sing at this point. Its good enough to sell more records. i dont think you sing well enough to win this competition

Jake: Well, Dwight I felt that in the beginning was a bit shaky I think when you're playing piano you got to be careful on the mic technique coz i think you're eating it a bit. But overall I thought the performance wa really strong. I wish the people at home couod feel the power in this room tonight. very powerful performance

my Comment/s: I disagree about this being his best performance. Last week was better IMHO. and it looks like he's the odd man out here. IMHO he should bethe one leaving last week instead of Tara. I think the guitar solo gave him more votes last week. My rating 4.9/10 not bad but Matt's performance is WAYY better vocally and performance wise

Next stop is Jaydee Bixby

Sass: Gotta say Jaydee Man You just sang for your ... in a major way that was ... Its so weird its like its exactly like Kelly said Theres 80 yr old Man I dont know but you sang for your .. you did a kicked ass job and Im quite impress
Zack: okay ... you know.. Im not saying in any way shape or form you didnt stomp a living daylight of that thing to the positive .. the fact is .. if I was you . I will be happy if they voted me off tomorrow night so you can get on with my career doing that thing coz God forbid we make you sing something other than smelvis
Jake: Well.. Jaydee .. First of all .. on the rhythm side you have a lit bit desired (Zack:How about the dancing side) Thats what I refer to the dancing the rhythm. you aint Elvis thats for sure. you sing a lot like the guy and maybe you just need the .. and you could move to Vegas ...
Farley: I on the other hand thought that was a fantastic performance number 1 you know why? I'll tell you why Youve not swayed who you wanna be from the minute you step on the plane or off the horse or where ever you came from and landed here to toronto and you never had swayed from your vision thats what I wanna talk about number 2.. Number 3 Ive never seen you apply so much intensity to your performance since you've been here. you cared about that song and the performance. and you did a great job.

My Comment/s: hmmm. A bit weird honestly but vocally he's good. actually better than the first 2 performers. I just dont get why he's somewhat impersonating Elvis. I know he's a fan but I mean does he have his own style and you know what I mean. Its sad coz his talent might just end up in nothing. Sometimes its a bit irritating coz you know Elvis is dead and this guy is somehow impersonating him. well its not prohibited to do that but I mean he should have his own style. He's a very good singer thats a fact but He should really be himself and not Elvis.

Next is Carly Rae Jepsen

Zack: When we travel across the country we do this little speeches in the morning to this big group of people. and I always ramble on for a million hours for a whole lot nothing but Jake my friend in the end says If you wanna be loved be lovable . If you want to be remembered be rememberable. this grl is memrable . singularly amonst this people . If that aint lovable I dont know what is
Jake: Zack you know I didnt realise that you paid attention to what I said. but thank you. carly Rae . I was a little nervous. When I saw you were gonna do this song because I actually believe your strength is when you sing sad songs and when you have that emotion and vulnerability but I must say. I was really impressed with the version of that song . and is probably gonna go great for across Canada. Really good job.
Farley: I gotta say when I saw you singin that song I was really pleased coz I mean Tonely Obviously ... You just have this wonderful adorable thing about you. and you look fantastic tonight thats a great choice of outfit. but your used of the stage. you are professional . right . and no matter what form you end up in. you will be professional. You understand how to entertain people. Good for you.
Sass: You've got that charm. that Carly Rae Charm. its like a ray of sunshine. that was really really lovely.

My comment/s: hmm It was actually an awesome performance. As Usual . But it looks like she's doing the thing again and again. I mean Im starting to hate her voice. I mean its not like Brian Melo or Jaydee Bixby were in at first you hate their performance/voice but in the long run you will start to love them. You know what I mean? Thats completely the opposite on
Carly's voice. at first I love her voice now Im starting to hate it. But still a very strong performance by her, again. I love her charisma too. She really is lovable. my rating: 7.3/10

Jake: Brian I just say one thing. I just hope the people at home understand what they just saw. thats all I wanna say. one of the most magical moments of this show.
Farley: You just made your family proud your town proud and definitely the four of us.
Sass: Brian for a minute there I almost thought you wrote the song its like being in a concert by Brian Melo That was insane. mesmerizing.
Zack: I dont know if grandma Grandpa and the old folks whatever you can understand this but mr and ms Melo ... you could be the next Canadian Idol . You give credibility to the whole d*mn franchise.

My comment/s: Best of the night by mile. my rating. 8.5/10
