Crunch time for top two Canadian Idol finalists

Indie rocker wins over judges, while rival told to find his own voice

The top two Canadian Idol finalists belted it out last night in hopes of taking the coveted title.

Indie rocker Brian Melo, a singer/songwriter/construction worker from Hamilton, Ont., and Jaydee Bixby, an Elvis-loving country twanger from Drumheller, Alta., took to the Idol stage after a recent workshop with rockstars Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora.
