Meet Chev

Biography
Life was never easy for Chev. She always had to fight for herself, especially during her dark days when she worked as a Guest Relations Officer and got addicted to drugs.

But every time she falls down, our Palabang Bisaya makes it a point to start afresh. To escape poverty, she decided to marry a Thai national with whom she had two kids.

Chev lived in Thailand for six years but her new life ended when she separated from her husband. After losing the custody battle, she was also separated from one of her children.

Leaving her past behind, Chev put up a second-hand clothes business to make a living. But deep inside her was the burning desire to fight for her child and get her back.

This challenges Chev to do everything she can to win 3 million pesos and become the first Pinoy Sole Survivor.

Chev says:

Ako yung independent. Hindi ako yung isang survivor na hihingi ng alyansa. Maghihintay ako kung sinong lalapit para sa alyansa. Magtatrabaho ako sa camp. Hindi ako magmaster-masteran or lider-lideran.

Laking ligaw, lakas tama!

Paolo says:

Possessing a very strong personality and with an extremely colorful past, Chev sees Survivor Philippines as an opportunity to straighten out her life.

The Bisayang Palaban thinks nothing of the challenges be it physical or mental and will not hesitate to tell her tribemates off if the need arises.

Used to doing things her way, Chev’s independent spirit may be a hinderance in her getting far in the game.

Will she be able to appease her tribemates and make enough alliances in time before their patience runs out?
