KELLY CLARKSON has some advice for LEONA LEWIS on working with SIMON COWELL.

Kelly won Simon’s American Idol show in 2002. She warned Leona — at No1 with Bleeding Love — she should lay down the law with her boss if she is going to make the music she wants.

Kelly, who will be in the UK on tour in March, said: “If I’ve one bit of advice for her it would be that, no matter where you have come from, you must stick to your guns.

“I have had to fight for certain things and you always will in this industry.”
