X-Factor finalists 'leaked on the internet'

'The X Factor' has been thrown into turmoil after the names of the 12 finalists were leaked on the internet.

Nine solo acts and three bands found out three weeks ago they would be going through to the live performance stages of the show, and were forced to sign confidentiality agreements to prevent any chance of leaking.

But the names got out anyway, and bosses at the ITV show are reportedly fuming as their "worst nightmare" has come true.

A source at the reality show said: "It's literally our worst nightmare. We'd hoped to keep it all hush-hush, and now someone's blabbed. It's ruined everything.

"We did well to keep the names a secret so far, but someone has loose lips and the word has got out. Normally people name names and half of them are wrong, but these were spot on. It's just a shame someone out there is trying to ruin it for viewers."

One act definitely through to the live rounds is girl group Hope, who have already been labelled "the new Spice Girls" by judges Simon Cowell, Dannii Minogue, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh.

And CeCe Jghalef, who will be excluded from Hope when Simon puts them through to the next round on next week's show, has also done her bit to rock 'The X Factor' camp.

She told Britain's News of the World newspaper: "I thought I'd seen it all, but nothing prepared me for the scenes I witnessed. Some contestants went wild, getting off their heads on booze and drugs. Then there was the sex. It was like being in the middle of a Club 18-30 holiday."

But Simon rubbished Cece's claims, telling the Daily Star newspaper: "Good luck to her. I hope she enjoys the five minutes of attention she will receive from this.

"Certainly none of the judges saw anything like the things she claims to have seen."
