Describe your feelings at your first audition.
At my first audition, my heart was racing. I was so nervous when I walked out. I was so overwhelmed, I could hardly breathe. I’ve never been so excited in my life since I’ve been a part of this competition.

Obviously, it’s important to have a strong voice, but what other aspects give a performer ‘star quality’? Please explain your answer.
Definitely in this competition you have to have the integrity to make something of yourself, the style to impress and also honesty in your personality to show everyone this is really you.

What would you call your debut single?
"Today" because I believe that everyone shouldn't wallow over the past and plan too far ahead. Today is a present and to live for today with happiness will get you a lot more successful in the future to come.

Why do you think Australian Idol is an important part of our local music industry?
I think Australian Idol is important because it gives the people of Australia the chance to choose what they want in a music artist representing Australia. Therefore, the industry itself is successful in finding what the people of Australia want.

Which artist (dead or alive) would you most like to perform a duet with and why?
John Lennon because he's a legend

What’s the best thing about being on Australian Idol?
The excitement of singing in front of a live audience

Who is your favourite judge and why?
Marcia, obviously because she is so nice
