Heres my take on last Saturdays show
Benny Kieckhaben - Im Walking On Sunshine - Honestly the growling needs to go. As usual his performance was just okay. Nothing really special in it. But you know what I pity him cos he always performers 1st. Unfair but thats what the producers want, so no choice. I dont blame them though. 6/10
Sarah Kreuz - Its Raining Men - IMO it was just okay. A lot of shouting, growling and weird words lolz. Last week she improved a lot, now she's back again. She's having a lot of pronunciation issues again. o well. 6.5/10
Dominik Buchele - Upside Down - Honestly if he's not a goodlooking bloke Im sure he'll not make it this long. IMO his voice is very amateurish. But you know I prefer his voice than Sarah's. At least there's no shouting and growling in his performance lolz. 7/10
Daniel Schuhmacher - Here Comes The Rain Again - Sorry but waiting for a flower to bloom is more exciting than finishing his performance. I got bored. 6.5/10
Annemarie Eilfeld - Bailando - interesting... Not her best but still one of the best performances of the night. 7/10

Benny Kieckhaben - When The Rain Begins To Fall - Man this is even worse than his first performance lolz. He really needs to go this week. Theres no point actually. He's not going to win anyway 6/10
Sarah Kreuz - You Are The Sunshine Of My Life - Way better than her first but still not that good. Im not saying that its bad. I just think she can do better than that. 7/10
Dominik Buchele - Why Does It Always Rain On Me - Way better than his 1st. but a bit boring in all honesty. 7/10
Daniel Schuhmacher - Aint No Sunshine - He actually has the same problem as Sarah. There were some words that is not pronounced right. Well at least Sarah can sing. Hmm whats with the standing ovation? I dont get it.*shrug* o well at least the judges liked it. 6/10
Annemarie Eilfeld - Purple Rain - The first part was just okay but as the song progresses it made me realize that she is the best singer in the competition. Regardless of what the judges think. I'll stick to what I believe =) 7.5/10

This week I had such a different opinion to the jury.
ReplyDeleteI loved the second song from Dominik. I'm not a fan of him, but I felt his pession and liked the video in the background ;-)
The version of purple rain was cool - the jury don't like it. Hmmm - I think because they don't like HER. It was different an that's, what they wanted from her....
Daniel ist completely overrated - but I'm sure, he's going to win :-(
For me, Sarah should win! I like her voice and would like to see a female winner. First season Juliette was the best by far - and was just second winner. Last season Linda was the best voice - but was just third place. We need a wonder to see a girl win in germany!
