Performing March 29 for Canadian Idol judges
Cody Peck, a 19-year-old singer from Bear River, is taking a second shot at Canadian Idol.
Last year, he made it through two rounds and he has been working on the strength of his voice, and hopes that this season he will impress producers and judges when he performs at Canadian Idol on March 29.
His familiarity with different styles may hold him in good stead. Though he plays mostly playing popular acoustic music, Peck is open to most styles.
“Sometimes you have to cater to an audience,” he says.
Peck comes from an amazingly musical family. His father Greg Peck and uncle Brad Hewey are successful recording artists, and Cody and his cousin Adam Hewey play together often.
