'American Idol' judges scheduled to come to Omaha bar
About 200 people crowded into the Prestige World Class Restaurant and Lounge in west Omaha Thursday evening to watch "American Idol" crew members tape Russ Koley as he sang an hour-long set.
Koley, 23, was a finalist in the first round of "American Idol" auditions in August.
"American Idol" judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson are supposed to visit the lounge tonight and Saturday during the televised Nebraska-Missouri football game.
"They set it up very last minute," said owner Jerry Gish. "We're very proud of Russ. He has been working for us as a waiter for a year now.
