Former American Idol Finalist Arrested ... Again

Former American Idol finalist, Jessica Sierra, 22 was arrested early Saturday morning in what has been described as a drunken confrontation with police and onlookers. She was charged with disorderly intoxication and violating her parole.

Less than two weeks ago, she plead guilty to felony battery charges and possession of cocaine. She was subsequently sentenced to 12 months probation in Florida for an altercation at a popular nightspot. The drugs were found during a routine search by police after the apprehension.
