Melo To Appear At O'Brien Awards
Standardbred Canada is pleased to announce that 2007 Canadian Idol winner Brian Melo will sing the national anthem at the 2007 O'Brien Awards.

Brian's first single, 'All I Ever Wanted,' released on September 13, 2007, has since achieved top 5 status on Canada's National Radio Charts and his debut CD "Livin It" shipped Gold.
Melo was recently nominated for a 2008 Canadian Radio Music Award, presented by the Canadian Association of Broadcasters.
Melo's appearance is sponsored by Horse Racing Alberta.
Presented by Standardbred Canada, the O'Brien Awards will be handed out on Saturday, February 2 at the Delta Meadowvale Resort and Conference Centre in Mississauga, ON. Brian Melo will appear on stage at 7:30 p.m. to sing the national anthem.
