Marty, I loved his laid back attitude and reggae style and Karl, he can totally skate.

Describe your feelings at your first audition.
After waiting for the entire day I was suddenly pushed into the audition room, hit by overwhelming fear until I began to sing and felt calm.

Obviously, it’s important to have a strong voice, but what other aspects give a performer ‘star quality’? Please explain your answer.
Individuality and unique qualities. I think it’s important for a voice to stand out and be recognisable.

Because it gives ordinary people the chance to do extraordinary things

Jack Johnson. I’ve heard a duet including Jack Johnson and Ben Harper – I wished I was Ben Harper, well in his place anyway.
