Andrew Garcia Post 'American Idol' Plans Include Proposal, Album

Andrew Garcia was one of two to head home on the American Idol top 9 elimination show earlier this week. Katie Stevens was the other 'Idol' who went home this week.

Thankfully for Andrew Garcia, he has plenty of post American Idol plans. Of course, one thing Andrew Garcia will be busy doing is the American Idol tour of the top 10 this summer.

The other thing Andrew Garcia has planned now that he is off 'American Idol' is proposing to his girlfriend according to 'People' magazine. Garcia is just not sure when he actually will propose, but he plans to marry the mother of his young son.

Andrew Garcia also sees himself making an album in the near future along with the summer American Idol tour. Garcia is especially excited about this summer's tour because he will get to once again spend time with his 'brother for life' Lee DeWyze with whom he became very close over this season of 'American Idol'.

I'm glad that Andrew Garcia has great plans for his future. He seems like a very nice guy, and I hope that American Idol will improve his career.
